On-time delivery
Your satisfaction matters to us: your labels are delivered on the promised date, in line with your production plan.

Why does the delivery date matter?
For fast-moving consumer goods and seasonal campaigns, labels arriving on time means the filling line keeps running. A late label holds up production and causes losses for both the manufacturer and its customers.
How we plan
- A clear schedule: proof, print and delivery dates are agreed when the order is placed.
- Proof approval: colour, size and text are approved before printing, reducing reprint risk.
- Line-ready delivery: roll diameter, core and winding direction set for your machine.
Customer satisfaction
On-time delivery is the basis of trust and long-term cooperation. We support the production plans of customers in food, cosmetics, cleaning, automotive and other industries with this approach.
FAQ
Frequently asked.
Is there anything else you would like to know? Write to our sales team or call us and we will get back to you.
What does on-time delivery mean?
It means your order reaches you on the date we agreed in advance. Labels and packaging are part of your production line, so a delay can stop your own work. That is why we settle the delivery date at the start and plan production around it.
How many days does a label order take to deliver?
The time depends on the product type, quantity, material and print details, so we do not give one fixed number of days for everything. Once you share your order details, we send a delivery plan specific to your job together with the quote.
Can I place an urgent label order?
You can tell us about urgent needs. Fast delivery is one of our priorities. The shortest possible time still depends on the product, quantity and design status, so we review your request and give you a realistic date.
How do you plan the delivery date?
After the order is confirmed, we sequence the design, material and printing steps and run production to that schedule. A quick design approval shortens the timeline, so waiting for your feedback at the approval stage is an important part of the plan.
What can I do to speed up delivery when ordering?
Give complete details up front: product type, quantity, dimensions and material. Send a print-ready design file if you have one and approve proofs without delay. If we have to ask for missing information, the start of production can be pushed back.
Are small orders delivered on time too?
Yes. We have no minimum order requirement, so we accept small orders and follow them with the same planning approach. Whether an order is large or small, its delivery date is discussed with you beforehand.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
Contact us by phone or email. We will check which stage your order is at and update you. Your complaints and feedback are recorded and reviewed under our ISO 10002 customer satisfaction and complaints management process.
How is on-time delivery related to the quality system?
Planned production is part of quality management. Our ISO 9001 certificate rests on a management system aimed at running processes in a defined, traceable way. An orderly process supports both product quality and keeping to delivery dates.
